Villa Nova is accessible by land, air, and sea. While accessing the property is easy to reach via car, you can also choose to take advantage of our luxury transportation to get to Villa Nova. If you land in Punta Cana or Samana, you can take a scenic route by sea to our private bay in a luxury yacht. If you are coming from Santo Domingo, Punta Cana, Puerto Plata, or Santiago, you can land directly at our heliports. Upon your arrival at the property, a member of our professional concierge team will welcome you and provide a tour of the grounds.
On request, you can reserve a full-service chef who will prepare delicious food in the Villa Nova kitchen exclusively for you and your group. You can also take advantage of our full-time concierge services to help you plan all of your activities.
Once you are settled, the property is set up for as much privacy as you would like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions.
When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and can arrange your transportation back to the airport.

A security deposit of $2,000, facilitated by the Host, is required at check-in, payable by cash or credit card. In case any damage is made to the Property, the value of the goods or repairs will be deducted from the deposit in case the damage is equal or less than the amount of the deposit.
