Set underneath soaring vaulted ceilings, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, eclectic artwork, and a home theater system that’s just waiting for movie night. There’s ample seating for about 12 guests and a ceiling fan to keep the ocean breezes circulating.
Adjacent to the living room is a sleek indoor dining table with seats for 14. Or if you’d prefer to dine al fresco, step out to the back patio to find another 14-seat dining table. You’ll find that mealtimes often turn into hours of conversation under the stars.
Casa Vida’s kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all the essentials for gourmet cooking. Appliances include a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, and we are happy to arrange private chef service upon request.
But you’re not coming all the way to Las Terrenas to stay inside! The magnificent private pool is the centerpiece of Casa Vida’s living areas - and the most picturesque. The pool faces the sparkling ocean, making for an impressive backdrop as the sun sets, and chaise lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a barbecue mean you can easily spend hours in your exclusive retreat. A private walkway takes you directly onto the sand of Coson Beach.
Besides the living spaces, the property has a fully equipped laundry room and parking for up to 10 vehicles in the driveway. We provide round-the-clock concierge service and daily housekeeping and butler service.

Access
Guests have complete and exclusive access to the property, pool, and grounds. Guests can access Coson Beach via a private walkway. Parking for 10 vehicles is available in the driveway.
Interaction With Guests
Upon your arrival at the property, a member of our professional concierge team will welcome you and provide a tour of the grounds.
Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response.
For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services and planning excursions around the area. Housekeeping service and 24/7 security coverage are included, and we can arrange chef, butler, bartender, or babysitting services upon request.
When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and can arrange your transportation back to the airport.

The estate is 30 minutes from Presidente Juan Bosch International Airport (El Catey), 1 hour from Arroyo Barril International Airport, and 2 hours from Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo by car.
In order to explore the Las Terrenas area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. Please let us know if we can assist with arranging a car service or rental.

For guests traveling from the United States, the nearest airport is Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo, which is about 2 hours away by car. Presidente Juan Bosch International Airport (El Catey) in Samana, which is a 30-minute drive from the property, receives flights from Canada and Europe.
