This six-bedroom home is the perfect retreat for a group of friends or a large family. No expense has been spared when it comes to the quality of building materials and furnishings within the villa and the modern architecture style is both crisp and clean.
Guests can relax in the living areas which are both indoor and outdoor. With high ceilings and plenty of natural light, the large common areas make it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy views of the gorgeous pool area and golf course. There are multiple seating areas, tastefully furnished. The indoor entertainment room just next door includes a table tennis court, smart TV, books, games, and comfortable couches.
Meals can be enjoyed indoors and alfresco. Both dining room tables have 12-seats and guests can revel in the golf course views from the outdoor dining table. Feel free to whip up your meals in one of the two kitchens in the villa or the barbecue. Alternatively, ask the cook to impress your guests with delicious meals.
When you want to take a break from the sun, Colinas del Río has its very own state-of-the-art home cinema. Decked out with a red velvety carpet and comfortable cinema chairs, this is the perfect way to relax, sit back and enjoy a movie with the family.
The bedrooms are all stylishly furnished with funky color palettes. The two main bedrooms both have king-sized beds and the other four have twin beds. Each bedroom has ensuite bathrooms and of course, air conditioning.
Stepping onto the large outdoor patio, there is greenery as far as the eye can see. Take a dip in the pool, cocktail in hand as you bask under the sun, and when the temperature dips a little in the evenings, melt into the outdoor hot tub. There are plenty of lounge chairs to recline on or if you prefer to keep active on your vacation, round up the troops and play a game of volleyball on your private volleyball court.
Each indoor room at Colinas del Río is equipped with air conditioning and outdoor areas have fans to keep guests cool. The villa includes a cook, housekeeper, and waiter.

• Parque Nacional del Este (East National Park) - This ecological wonder is a must-see for anyone passionate about nature. Home to hundreds of plant and animal species (many found only in this area!), the park features hiking trails, caverns with indigenous Taino art, spring water reservoirs, and scenic viewpoints. Don’t miss the chance to see rare manatees and dolphins!
• The Casa de Campo Marina - Chartering a yacht or a fishing boat? The Casa de Campo Marina is where you’ll find all the nautical services you need.
• Altos de Chavón - A recreation of a Mediterranean-style European village perched above the dramatic Chavon River. Home to an art school, restaurants, shops, a church, and a fantastic archeological museum.
