One of the first things you will notice upon entering Las Palmas 36 are the high ceilings and abundance of natural light. Surrounded by glass, the villa feels open and airy - the space feels good. Coral stone features throughout the home as the main material and every element of the house is high quality. The main living room is open and large with inviting couches to relax on. Beautifully furnished, there are plenty of comfortable seats and this area makes the perfect spot for before-dinner drinks. A chef’s dream, the kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances and is fully equipped. Enjoy the gorgeous space and cook your meals if that is your passion or make use of the house chef and have your food cooked for you daily. Savor your meals indoors at the 12-seater dining table or revel in the tropical ambiance of alfresco dining at the 10-seater table. For those evenings when you feel like settling in and watching a good movie, the theater room has you covered. Featuring a wide-screen projector and plush white couches, lounge back and indulge. Fully enclosed and glassed corridors lead to the six bedrooms. The bedding and furniture are plush and you’ll have no problems getting a good night of sleep. One of our limo drivers will be awaiting your arrival and will drive you directly to the villa. A member of our professional concierge team will welcome you and provide a tour of the property. Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response. For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services or planning excursions around the area. When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.

One round-trip airport transfer is included with your stay at Casa de Campo, offering a smooth and comfortable start and end to your visit. Please note that Casa de Campo Resort requires all villa guests to register and pay a resort registration fee to access the resort’s amenities and services. The fee is: • US$25-30 per person, per night (ages 12 and older) • US$12-15 per person, per night (ages 4 to 12) • Complimentary for children under 4 Upon registration, each guest receives an ID card valid for the duration of the stay. We want to make sure that guests experience the most pleasant stay. We have no doubt that knowing and observing these house rules is a very relevant part to make this happen. Please carefully read and accept them in order to comply with the final step of your confirmation. We kindly ask you to please abide by these house rules, as any violation might result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund, regardless of the remaining length of stay. Once you check in, it is understood that you and your group agree and will fully adhere to these terms. We Expect a Decent Behavior Please kindly be mindful that the following behaviors and/or things are not allowed at this property: a) Parties, b) Party groups, c) Social Gatherings, d) Smoking any type of cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookahs, or pipes within the property. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate eviction and the cancellation of the reservation without any refunds. Enjoy Music Responsibly We know music is a very important part of many of our guests’ vacations. Please enjoy it at a decent level, especially after 10:00 pm. We Offer The Fun, Our Guests Must Take Care of Themselves The pool, hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi, gym equipment, water sports appliances or any other amenities included in the rental may be used only at the guests’ own responsibility. The property’s Furniture and Decoration Are Not Movable Moving or transporting any piece of furniture or decoration to different parts of the property without the prior consent of the owner is not allowed. Taking articles out of the property premises, like towels, cutlery, and so on, is not allowed. Wet Outside, Dry Inside Guests should not walk inside the home while still wet or wearing wet bathing suits. Dry yourself and wear a towel whenever it’s necessary. It is strictly prohibited to use indoor furniture like sofas, chairs, or beds while wet or wearing wet bathing suits. If Any Complaints, Talk To Us Quickly Complaints will be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be considered whatsoever. Abide By The Laws The use of any illegal drugs or any other illegal substances in the property premise is strictly prohibited. No Weapons Allowed Bringing weapons inside the property is not allowed. The Main Renter Is Responsible For All The Group Behavior The renter understands that all members of his/her group should read and abide by all house rules. In any case, any misconduct that results in any damage to the property, civil responsibility, or any other legal issue the main renter will be responsible in front of the owner. Visitors The reservation is only for the number of people originally included in the reservation. Visitors are not allowed to enter the property without the prior permission of the owner. Visitors sleeping over is strictly prohibited and could be a cause for reservation cancellation. Honor Your Servers This is not a house rule per se, but a relevant suggestion instead. Our villa staff has been carefully chosen and will do their best to make your vacation full of pleasant moments and great service at the property. We kindly suggest a total tip of 5% of the total rental amount.
