rom the moment you enter the front door of Las Palmas 22, you will be impressed. Boasting neutral colors of marble and coral stone throughout, this villa is simply glorious. The house itself is located at the base of the 9th hole of the La Romana Country Club Golf Course and impresses with 180-degree views of the stunning Caribbean Sea from the outdoor gazebo.
The villa is light and open with a living room opening out onto the terrace connecting the indoors with the outdoors. This family room is climate-controlled and comes complete with a TV/DVD/iPod dock radio. Sit back and take in the ocean and pool views. Take advantage of the barbecue and dine outside under a covered patio or enjoy your meals inside the air-conditioned dining room at the two tables that can seat up to 16 people. The large granite kitchen has everything you need and is spacious enough for group cooking.
A movie room awaits you with a 120-inch big screen and projector for Blu-Ray DVDs and a state-of-the-art surround sound system. This home cinema can seat 10 people comfortably and is perfect for a movie night - you can even ask the chef to whip you up some popcorn!
The kids will have hours of fun swinging around in their own playground and jumping on the trampoline outside while the adults soak up the rays in the lagoon-shaped infinity-edge pool or relax under the palm trees on the pool chairs. As the sun goes down, enjoy a dip in the outdoor jacuzzi and watch the sunset.
The eight bedrooms are all air-conditioned with ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets, flat-screen TVs and Blu-Ray DVDs, double doors that open to the outside and some of the rooms look out onto the pool and ocean. The three master bedrooms have comfortable king-sized beds, four bedrooms have two queen-sized beds and there is a kid's room with two queen-sized beds too. The staff quarters consist of two bedrooms with a separate kitchen. A full-time housekeeper, cook, and gardener will stay in the staff quarters during the duration of your stay and are there to help you with anything you need.

Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response.
For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services and planning excursions around the area.
When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.

• The Casa de Campo Marina - Chartering a yacht or a fishing boat? The Casa de Campo Marina is where you’ll find all the nautical services you need.
• Altos de Chavón - A recreation of a Mediterranean-style European village perched above the dramatic Chavon River. Home to an art school, restaurants, shops, a church, and a fantastic archeological museum.
• Golf courses at Casa de Campo - This area is a golfer’s paradise, whether you’re a pro or a beginner. A security deposit of $3,000, facilitated by the Host, is required at check-in, payable by cash or credit card. In case any damage is made to the property, the value of the goods or repairs will be deducted from the deposit if the damage is equal to or less than the deposit amount.
The resort registration fee is required during your stay in order to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. The fee is:

Each person registered will receive an ID card detailing their stay dates. This ID card grants access to the resort and facilities including:

1. We Expect a Decent Behavior

- Smoking any type of cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookahs, or pipes within the property.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate eviction and the cancellation of the reservation without any refunds.
2. Enjoy Music Responsibly
We know music is a very important part of many of our guests’ vacations. Please enjoy it at a decent level, especially after 10:00 pm.
3. We Offer The Fun, Our Guests Must Take Care of Themselves
The pool, hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi, gym equipment, water sports appliances or any other amenities included in the rental may be used only at the guests’ own responsibility.
4. Property’s Furniture and Decoration Are Not Movable
Moving or transporting any piece of furniture or decoration to different parts of the property without the prior consent of the owner is not allowed. Taking articles out of the property premises, like towels, cutlery, and so on, is not allowed.
5. Wet Outside, Dry Inside
Guests should not walk inside the home while still wet or wearing wet bathing suits. Dry yourself and wear a towel whenever it’s necessary. It is strictly prohibited to use indoor furniture like sofas, chairs, or beds while wet or wearing wet bathing suits.
6. If Any Complaints, Talk To Us Quickly
Complaints will be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be considered whatsoever.
7. Abide By The Laws
The use of any illegal drugs or any other illegal substances in the property premise is strictly prohibited.
8. No Weapons Allowed
Bringing weapons inside the property is not allowed.
9. The Main Renter Is Responsible For All The Group Behavior
The renter understands that all members of his/her group should read and abide by all house rules. In any case, any misconduct that results in any damage to the property, civil responsibility,

This is not a house rule per se, but a relevant suggestion instead. Our villa staff has been carefully chosen and will do their best to make your vacation full of pleasant moments and great service at the property. They are a very important part of your whole experience. We suggest our guests tip them as it’s the usual norm in the luxury vacation rental industry, and that is anything between 5% - 10% from the total rental amount, being 5% the most usual.
