The condo is ideal for families, friends, couples, or even co-workers on a Caribbean retreat.The 2 bedrooms give everybody plenty of space and privacy, plus ample space to unpack. Both bedrooms feature colorful artwork, large windows, and individually controlled A/C units. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has a king-size bed. Feel refreshed after a day at the beach in the condo’s 2 full bathrooms. For your convenience, we provide towels and toiletries. One bathroom includes a sink and a glass-walled shower with beautiful tile work, and the other bathroom has two sinks, a shower, and good lighting thanks to the window. You’ll surely work up an appetite while swimming, snorkeling, or shopping, and this condo has a kitchen that’s worthy of a gourmet chef. Whip up a quick breakfast or cook a feast for the whole group while enjoying stunning views of Punta Cana’s flora and fauna. In addition to granite countertops and elegant dark-wood cabinets, the kitchen includes a gas stove, an oven, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, and a double sink. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and glasses. Need to do laundry? You’re welcome to use the washer and dryer. The living room features tall ceilings, oversized windows, and rainforest-inspired artwork that makes the space a fabulous place to spend time together. Neighborhood

You’re probably traveling from far away to get to Punta Cana, so there’s no better place to stay when you get here than within walking distance to all the highlights. Our apartment is within a 5-minute walk of a grocery store (to stock that gorgeous kitchen!), ATMs, clothing stores, a pharmacy, a clinic, a post office, and a variety of great restaurants. In the mood for pizza, burgers, tacos, or some local specialties? It’s all just a short walk away. Or, if walking isn’t your thing, just hop in the car, and you’ll find stunning Playa Blanca Beach, the Blue Mall, and the golf courses at Punta Cana Resort only minutes away. Don’t miss the vibrant nightlife of Downtown Punta Cana (like the famous Coco Bongo and Imagine Club) and the incredible array of dining options. Let’s just say you definitely won’t go hungry or thirsty here! Bringing your clubs? Two of the best golf courses are within a 10-minute drive - La Cana and Corales. Or maybe you’d prefer a long walk on the beach instead of a long walk on the green? Punta Cana is home to many beautiful beaches, and some of our favorites are the famous Playa Bavaro, Arena Gorda (there’s public access via the Ocean Blue & Sand Service Entrance), Playa Juanillo in Cap Cana, and the secluded Macao Beach. Looking for a unique eco-tourism experience? Don’t miss Ojos Indígenas Ecological Park and Reserve, a massive 1500-acre network of trails, lagoons, and natural beauty. This lush rainforest area is absolutely unlike anywhere else, home to dozens of bird species (many found only in DR), sprawling botanical gardens, and 12 freshwater lagoons and springs, several of which are open for visitors to take a dip. The water here is so pure, you could drink it, since it feeds into the springs from an underground river.

Transit

Our neighborhood is quite walkable, and you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay nearby. To explore more of the island (which we definitely recommend!), driving is the best way to get around. Taxis, bicycles, and rental cars are all easy to find. Let us know if you’d like any assistance booking car service - we’re happy to help! Flying into Punta Cana? This apartment is just a 5-minute drive from Punta Cana International Airport.

Notes

Please note that the building does not have an elevator. The apartment is only accessible via stairs. Our neighbors will appreciate it if you can keep noise to a reasonable level, especially overnight between 9 pm and 8 am. We are a family operation and take great pride in our hospitality. Zorba's place was so clean, spacious, comfortable, and stylish! We loved the view from the top floor balcony as well as the pool and gym onsite. The drinking water and bathroom amenities were a very thoughtful touch. Communication was quick and easy with both Zorba and Ro. We were able to schedule affordable massages done in unit through the hosts, and the experience was amazing. The apartment complex was peaceful and located very close to the airport, all of the reputable banks to take out cash, a fabulous Italian cafe to get your coffee fix, delicious restaurants, a 24 hour pharmacy, and the Four Points Sheraton, which offers a free shuttle to Playa Blanca, which we took advantage of a couple of times. I highly recommend Zorba's place if you are looking to stay away from the craziness of Playa Bavaro and just want to unwind and relax. Muchas gracias Zorba y Ro! We will be back :)
