Why settle for a cramped hotel room when you can unpack, spread out, and make yourself home at your own apartment? And our stylish place isn’t any regular apartment, it’s a two-level penthouse with soaring ceilings, upscale decor, and a sprawling floor plan. The apartment sits on the 4th floor of a modern building, which you’ll reach via stairs, and in order to reach the second floor of the apartment, stairs are also required. Stairway to heaven, anyone? The apartment sleeps 4 guests comfortably, featuring 2 beds with high-quality linens. A queen-size bed is in its own private bedroom, which includes lots of closet space, and the second bed, a double size, is on the airy, second-level loft. If you’ve ever dreamed of descending a spiral staircase on your way to grab your morning coffee, you’ll love this bedroom. And you probably love sharing just as much as the next person, but not when it comes to bathrooms. That’s why we’re happy to have two full bathrooms on the first level, complete with toiletries and plush towels, so everybody can pamper themselves and enjoy plenty of privacy. While one bathroom (the one connected to the bedroom) is complete with piping-hot water, the second bathroom only contains refreshing, room-temperature agua. Our guests can also use a washer and dryer - what’s better than heading home with a suitcase full of clean clothes? Punta Cana is home to a plethora of fabulous restaurants, but we understand if you don’t want to eat out for every single meal, so we’ve stocked the kitchen with all of the dishes, cookware, and utensils required to whip up a simple breakfast or a full-on feast. A grocery store is within walking distance, so you just might find yourself starring in your own version of Top Chef: Punta Cana while on your Caribbean vacay. Our kitchen also has a dining table with seats for 4. After a full day of sun, sand, and surf, there’s nothing better than kicking back with a good book or a movie in our comfy living room, where you can sink into the sofa or admire the view from the balcony. We’re warning you, the sofa is seriously comfortable, and even if you’re not a “nap person,” you just might find yourself slipping into an afternoon snooze. And at the pinnacle of luxury, our penthouse boasts its own private jacuzzi, for you and your travel companions exclusively. With its fashionable features and tropical vibe, you could easily spend all day inside, but we encourage you to take advantage of the amenities that our high-end building provides. Our guests have access to the building’s pool and gym, plus the spacious pool deck and manicured grounds. Neighborhood

You’re probably traveling from far away to get to Punta Cana, so there’s no better place to stay when you get here than within walking distance to all the highlights. Our apartment is within a 5-minute walk of a grocery store (to stock that gorgeous kitchen!), ATMs, clothing stores, a pharmacy, a clinic, a post office, and a variety of great restaurants. In the mood for pizza, burgers, tacos, or some local deliciousness? It’s all just a short walk away. Or, if walking isn’t your thing, just hop in the car, and you’ll find stunning Playa Blanca Beach, Blue Mall, and the golf courses at Punta Cana Resort are only minutes away. Don’t miss the vibrant nightlife of Downtown Punta Cana (like the famous Coco Bongo and Imagine Club) and the incredible array of dining options. Let’s just say you definitely won’t go hungry or thirsty here! Bringing your clubs? Two of the best golf courses are within a 10-minute drive - La Cana and Corales. Or maybe you’d prefer a long walk on the beach instead of a long walk on the green? Punta Cana is home to many beautiful beaches, and some of our favorites are the famous Playa Bavaro, Arena Gorda (there’s public access via the Ocean Blue & Sand Service Entrance), Playa Juanillo in Cap Cana, and the secluded Macao Beach. Looking for a unique eco-tourism experience? Don’t miss Ojos Indígenas Ecological Park and Reserve, a massive 1500-acre network of trails, lagoons, and natural beauty. This lush rainforest area is absolutely unlike anywhere else, home to dozens of bird species (many found only in DR), sprawling botanical gardens, and 12 freshwater lagoons and springs, several of which are open for visitors to take a dip. The water here is so pure, you could drink it, since it feeds into the springs from an underground river. We’re also only a 5-minute drive from Punta Cana International Airport, and, on request, we’re happy to arrange VIP arrival service so you can begin your trip in luxury.

Transit

Our neighborhood is quite walkable, and you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay nearby. To explore more of the island (which we definitely recommend!), driving is the best way to get around. Taxis, bicycles, and rental cars are all easy to find. Let us know if you’d like any assistance booking car service - we’re happy to help! Flying into Punta Cana? This apartment is just a 5-minute drive from Punta Cana International Airport.

Notes

Please note that this apartment is on the 4th floor, and the building does not have an elevator. The apartment is only accessible via stairs. Our neighbors will appreciate keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially overnight between 9pm and 8am. We are a family operation and take great pride in our hospitality. I enjoyed my stay. This was a beautiful space with great security. They were kind enough to provide coffee and sugar. And of course your shower products. The jacuzzi and loft was very romantic and convenient. And the wrap around patio provided a beautiful place to enjoy a tasty Dominican cigar and rumm. I plan to return.

This place is first class. Stylish decoration, walking distance to restaurants, mall and supermarket. The beds are very comfortable. The place is perfect for anyone, but those comfortable renting a car will love it completely. The hosts were excellent and quick to answer any questions. If you are going to Punta Cana, rent this place. The only minor negatives are that the pool is a little small and they should have a chair and small table on the balcony. Otherwise it is absolutely amazing. All appliances are newer and the decoration is modern and stylish. My girlfriend and i loved this place and i am sure you will also.
