Nestled in a charming community set within Punta Cana Village, this condo is the epitome of comfortable, stylish Caribbean living. Top-notch amenities like an outdoor pool and modern kitchen make it an ideal home base for friends or families visiting beautiful Punta Cana. Please note that the condo is on the 4th floor, and while the building does not have an elevator, the views are definitely worth climbing the stairs!
Up to 5 guests can sleep comfortably in the 2 bedrooms and loft, which ensure everybody has plenty of space and privacy.
Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a stunning stone shower, plus access to a balcony. Bedroom 2 has one twin-size bed and uses the bathroom in the hall.
A third bed (queen-size) is located in the loft space above the kitchen, which can be reached via spiral stairs. Although it’s not a true “bedroom,” it’s quite private and furnished with bright colors and contemporary decor.
In both bathrooms, you’ll find fluffy towels, toiletries, and hair dryers for your convenience. The full en-suite bathroom in Bedroom 1 has both hot and cold water, while the smaller bathroom has cold water only, which is perfect for cooling down in the Caribbean heat. And should you need to do laundry (sand gets everywhere!), a washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit.
But you’re not just coming to Punta Cana to sleep; the kitchen, dining area, and living room are perfectly suited for family gatherings or just hanging out with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (full-size refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker), and the elegant European-style cabinets are stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, and utensils. Feel free to cook up some of your favorite dishes - or even try to make some Dominican classics!
The kitchen opens up to the airy living space, which features a dining table with seats for 6, a couch, armchairs, and a 50-inch smart TV. Since the loft space is above the kitchen, the living room enjoys soaring tall ceilings and lots of natural light from the oversized windows. Step from the living room to the balcony which offers marvelous views of the village and an outdoor dining table with seats for 4. There’s no better place to watch the sunrise or wind down with a cold drink at the end of the day.
In addition to the condo itself, we invite you to take a dip in the building’s outdoor pool - or just soak up the sun on a chaise lounger on the pool deck. One parking spot is included with your reservation in the building’s parking area.

Neighborhood
You’re probably traveling from far away to get to Punta Cana, so there’s no better place to stay when you get here than within walking distance to all the highlights. Our apartment is within a 10-minute walk of a grocery store (to stock that gorgeous kitchen!), ATMs, clothing stores, a pharmacy, a clinic, a post office, and a variety of great restaurants. In the mood for pizza, burgers, tacos, or some local specialties? It’s all just a short walk away.
Or, if walking isn’t your thing, just hop in the car, and you’ll find stunning Playa Blanca Beach, the Blue Mall, and the golf courses at Punta Cana Resort only minutes away. Don’t miss the vibrant nightlife of Downtown Punta Cana (like the famous Coco Bongo and Imagine Club) and the incredible array of dining options. Let’s just say you definitely won’t go hungry or thirsty here!
Bringing your clubs? Some of the area’s best golf courses are within a 15 to 20-minute drive - La Cana, Corales, and the Punta Espada course at Cap Cana. Or maybe you’d prefer a long walk on the beach instead of a long walk on the green? Punta Cana is home to many beautiful beaches, and some of our favorites are the famous Playa Bavaro, Arena Gorda (there’s public access via the Ocean Blue & Sand Service Entrance), Playa Juanillo in Cap Cana, and the secluded Macao Beach.
Looking for a unique eco-tourism experience? Don’t miss Ojos Indígenas Ecological Park and Reserve, a massive 1500-acre network of trails, lagoons, and natural beauty. This lush rainforest area is absolutely unlike anywhere else, home to dozens of bird species (many found only in DR), sprawling botanical gardens, and 12 freshwater lagoons and springs, several of which are open for visitors to take a dip. The water here is so pure, you could drink it, since it feeds into the springs from an underground river.
Transit
Our neighborhood is quite walkable, and you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay nearby. To explore more of the island (which we definitely recommend!), driving is the best way to get around. Taxis, bicycles, and rental cars are all easy to find. Let us know if you’d like any assistance booking car service - we’re happy to help!
Flying into Punta Cana? This apartment is just a 5-minute drive from Punta Cana International Airport.
Notes
Please note that the building does not have an elevator. This 4th-floor apartment is only accessible via stairs. Our neighbors will appreciate it if you can keep noise to a reasonable level, especially overnight between 9 pm and 8 am.
