It’s the perfect place to get some quiet R&R or to spend quality time with family or friends. All of the amenities of Punta Cana Resort & Club are within walking distance or a short drive, and the beach is about 1 mile away, or a 15-minute walk. Up to four guests can sleep comfortably in the condo, which has one private bedroom with a king-size bed in addition to a sofa bed in the living room. Large windows, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning ensure everybody stays nice and cool, and our premium linens and high-quality beds will ensure everybody sleeps well too! The condo also features one bathroom, which is outfitted with modern fixtures and located inside the bedroom. For your convenience, we provide fluffy towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. The glass-walled shower has beautiful stone work and a luxurious rainfall showerhead. There’s simply no better way to cool off after an exhilarating day at the beach! After an exciting day in the waves, you’ll also undoubtedly be hungry, so we invite you to make use of the condo’s full kitchen to whip up some snacks or mix some thirst-quenching beverages. The kitchen’s appliances are all brand new, including a gas stove, an oven, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils, and the granite countertops add a little touch of luxury. In the living room, there’s plenty of space to enjoy a meal together, play a game, or just enjoy each other’s company. Pull up a chair at the dining table, which seats 4, or sink into the comfy couch. Turn on a movie on the flat-screen TV or open the windows to hear the sweet sounds of tropical birds singing from the trees right outside the condo. It wouldn’t be a Punta Cana vacation without some relaxation time outside, and this condo’s large terrace is the ideal spot to wind down with a cocktail or spot stars at night. Access

Guests have complete and exclusive access to the condo. In addition, guests can enjoy the amenities of Punta Cana Resort, including the restaurants and bars, the gym, the marina, Tortuga Bay Beach, Playa Blanca Beach, and La Cana Beach Club.

Interaction With Guests

From the moment you arrive at the airport, we will ensure your stay is as smooth and relaxing as possible. One of our drivers will be awaiting your arrival and will drive you directly to the condo. One roundtrip airport transfer trip is provided complimentary. A member of our professional concierge team will be at the condo to welcome you and provide the keys and a tour of the property. Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response. When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.

Neighborhood

The villa sits in the Punta Cana Resort & Club, a gated community. Punta Cana Resort features two golf courses: P.B. Dye's La Cana and Tom Fazio's Corales. The resort is also home to several fabulous dining options, and the Six Senses Spa is one of the island’s best spas. Punta Cana is home to many beautiful beaches, including Playa Bavaro, Arena Gorda (there’s public access via the Ocean Blue & Sand Service Entrance), Playa Juanillo in Cap Cana, and the secluded Macao Beach. Transit

The villa is 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, 25 minutes from Bavaro, and 40 minutes from Casa de Campo by car. In order to explore the Punta Cana area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. Please let us know if we can assist with arranging car service or a rental.

This is a LONG REVIEW!! :))))NOW that I HAVE your attention here it GOES! :)) I LOVE paradise and most importantly feeling and being SAFE in Punta Cana and anywhere around the WORLD that I visit! I would like the opportunity to say thank you for such an incredible, peaceful, safe, quiet, and lovely stay. My time in Punta Cana has been memorable and safe. I felt comfortable at the condo that is located in a beautiful section at the Punta Cana Resort and Club! The area is gorgeous in a very secure area with multiple security personnel 24 hours a day. Families and staff are on site and are very nice. I sipped on my cafe/coffee (I used a coffee machine at the condo) out on the terrace while looking at the beautiful green golf course each morning and on some evenings had a glass of vino and looked at the moon and stars!! There is definitely no need to rush into a coffee shop in the morning while you are here or sip on your coffee while commuting to WORK. You sit and RELAX!! YES RELAX!! :) DR also has awesome coffee! I also made tons of fresh juice (I used a blender at the condo)! Pick up some yummy pineapples and amazing mangos at the local grocery store and whip up a nice adult or child friendly beverage and sip it out on the terrace!! Don’t forget to look up at the sky and search for the moon!! I walked to the gorgeous, quiet beaches, golf courses and used the clean and fully equipped gym. Others may opt to rent golf carts but I really REALLY really wanted to walk and enjoy every step in this beautiful GREEN area! If you like sun, greenery, white sand, Caribbean blue water, a nice pool, making your own coffee or favorite cocktail or juice and just sitting and enjoying your beverage this paradise/place is for YOU!! Ro and Zorba are absolutely amazing from the simplest request they definitely make things happen! May all of you enjoy your paradise!! Thanks for reading and MAKE memories and safe travels !!! :)))
