This attractive villa enjoys a spectacular position overlooking the second hole of the Hacienda Golf Course. Hacienda is one of three nine-hole sections that make up the world-famous 27-hole La Cana Golf Course in Punta Cana Resort & Club. The home enjoys a glorious 360-degree aspect of the vibrant natural surroundings and captures precious golf course views from the vast majority of its living spaces.
The mature garden makes the best use of the abundant beauty of its Caribbean setting, with cleverly designed al-fresco living spaces. At the center is a refreshing lap pool, while two large terraces host a comfortable outdoor lounge, a twelve-seat outdoor dining set, and even a pool table. Despite feeling wide open to its surroundings, it’s an ultra-private retreat where guests feel connected to nature and the serenity of seclusion.

Transit

The right vehicle to suit your needs can be provided on short notice or prior to your arrival.

We Expect a Decent Behavior
Please kindly be mindful that the following behaviors and/or things are not allowed at this property: a) Parties, b) Party groups, c) Social Gatherings, d) Smoking any type of cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookahs, or pipes within the property.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate eviction and the cancellation of the reservation without any refunds.

We Offer The Fun, Our Guests Must Take Care of Themselves
The pool, hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi, gym equipment, water sports appliances or any other amenities included in the rental may be used only at the guests’ own responsibility.
The property’s Furniture and Decoration Are Not Movable
Moving or transporting any piece of furniture or decoration to different parts of the property without the prior consent of the owner is not allowed. Taking articles out of the property premises, like towels, cutlery, and so on, is not allowed.
Wet Outside, Dry Inside
Guests should not walk inside the home while still wet or wearing wet bathing suits. Dry yourself and wear a towel whenever it’s necessary. It is strictly prohibited to use indoor furniture like sofas, chairs, or beds while wet or wearing wet bathing suits.
If Any Complaints, Talk To Us Quickly
Complaints will be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be considered whatsoever.
Abide By The Laws
The use of any illegal drugs or any other illegal substances in the property premise is strictly prohibited.
No Weapons Allowed
Bringing weapons inside the property is not allowed.
The Main Renter Is Responsible For All The Group Behavior
The renter understands that all members of his/her group should read and abide by all house rules. In any case, any misconduct that results in any damage to the property, civil responsibility, or any other legal issue the main renter will be responsible in front of the owner.
Visitors
The reservation is only for the number of people originally included in the reservation. Visitors are not allowed to enter the property without the prior permission of the owner. Visitors sleeping over is strictly prohibited and could be a cause for reservation cancellation.
Honor Your Servers
This is not a house rule per se, but a relevant suggestion instead. Our villa staff has been carefully chosen and will do their best to make your vacation full of pleasant moments and great service at the property. We kindly suggest a total tip of 5% of the total rental amount.

I honestly don't know where to begin. If you are thinking about booking this villa STOP THINKING & DO IT! You will really regret it if you don't! The place exceeded our expectations by miles! (I cried at the goodbye i was soo happy with everything haha) The Villa is excatly as it is described but way better, the pictures really do it no justice. The rooms and bathrooms are soo spacious, along with extremely comfortable beds and Large smart tv's in every room! THE STAFF WAS OUT OF THIS FREAKIN WORLD!! They made us soo comfortable and provied any and everything we needed throughout our entire stay ..from constant rounds of shots to helping us work the tv, they were amazing!!! To end this review, this really an amazing investment to visit/vacation with a group. It's a Beautiful place perfect for friends and family!! I Would hands down HIGHLY recommend this place & will for sure book again on my next visit! Thank you for making my 30th bday beyond amazing & surpassing my expectation
