As soon as you enter the doors of each villa, their sheer beauty will astound you. Their features are elegant and sophisticated and the vibe is relaxed. Decorated in earthy color palettes and tropical furnishings, you will notice the myriad of green plants around the villas that perfectly match the ambience. Guests can expect complete privacy.
Rest assured, you will have a fantastic night of sleep at the Frondoza Villas. One house has six bedrooms, each thoughtfully curated with quality linen and beautiful color schemes. Bedroom 1 is the main bedroom and overlooks the lake and golf course and features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 also feature king-size beds and bedrooms 5 and 6 feature two full-sized beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, a smart TV, local cable, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
The other house has four bedrooms, equally as lovely as their next-door neighbor’s sleeping quarters. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are the main bedrooms with lounge areas and bedrooms 3 and 4 have direct access to balconies or terraces. All bedrooms feature king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in rain showers.
An entertainer’s dream, one house boasts four social areas, all sized generously and oozing charm. There are elegant and cushy seating areas all over the house. Enjoy an evening cocktail in the main indoor living rooms, admiring the coral stone floors and relaxed ambience while you soak up the warm nights. If you’d like to curl up with a good book or watch a movie on the smart TV, the family room is ideal. Guests will be spoilt for choice between eating alfresco or enjoying a meal inside. There are two indoor dining rooms, with one table seating 12 people and the other seating 8 people, while the outdoor dining table seats 10 people.
The other house has a large open-plan living room with high ceilings and plush furnishings plus an additional lounge on the upper level capturing the magnificent outlook. The dining space is luxurious with the formal dining room table seating 8 people comfortably. The kitchens in both houses are state-of-the-art and fully equipped with high-end appliances. You are welcome to show off your culinary skills and cook meals for your guests or simply have the villa’s private chef take care of all the food.
The grounds of the Frondoza Villas are simply sublime. Flawlessly manicured and filled with palm trees and an assortment of various tropical plants, you would be forgiven for believing you are in paradise on earth. Both properties feature private swimming pools and multiple terraces with sun lounges - perfect for lazing in the sun while enjoying a cool drink. Each villa also features an outdoor gazebo, ideal for alfresco dining.

Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response.
For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services or planning excursions around the area.
When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.

In order to explore the Punta Cana area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. Please let us know if we can assist with arranging a car service or a rental.

Please carefully read and accept them in order to comply with the final step of your confirmation. We kindly ask you to please abide by these house rules, as any violation might result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund, regardless of the remaining length of stay. Once you check in, it is understood that you and your group agree and will fully adhere to these terms.
We Expect a Decent Behavior
Please kindly be mindful that the following behaviors and/or things are not allowed at this property: a) Parties, b) Party groups, c) Social Gatherings, d) Smoking any type of cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookahs, or pipes within the property.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate eviction and the cancellation of the reservation without any refunds.
Enjoy Music Responsibly
We know music is a very important part of many of our guests’ vacations. Please enjoy it at a decent level, especially after 10:00 pm.
We Offer The Fun, Our Guests Must Take Care of Themselves
The pool, hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi, gym equipment, water sports appliances or any other amenities included in the rental may be used only at the guests’ own responsibility.
The property’s Furniture and Decoration Are Not Movable
Moving or transporting any piece of furniture or decoration to different parts of the property without the prior consent of the owner is not allowed. Taking articles out of the property premises, like towels, cutlery, and so on, is not allowed.
Wet Outside, Dry Inside
Guests should not walk inside the home while still wet or wearing wet bathing suits. Dry yourself and wear a towel whenever it’s necessary. It is strictly prohibited to use indoor furniture like sofas, chairs, or beds while wet or wearing wet bathing suits.
If Any Complaints, Talk To Us Quickly
Complaints will be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be considered whatsoever.
Abide By The Laws
The use of any illegal drugs or any other illegal substances in the property premise is strictly prohibited.
No Weapons Allowed
Bringing weapons inside the property is not allowed.
The Main Renter Is Responsible For All The Group Behavior
The renter understands that all members of his/her group should read and abide by all house rules. In any case, any misconduct that results in any damage to the property, civil responsibility, or any other legal issue the main renter will be responsible in front of the owner.
Visitors
The reservation is only for the number of people originally included in the reservation. Visitors are not allowed to enter the property without the prior permission of the owner. Visitors sleeping over is strictly prohibited and could be a cause for reservation cancellation.
Honor Your Servers
This is not a house rule per se, but a relevant suggestion instead. Our villa staff has been carefully chosen and will do their best to make your vacation full of pleasant moments and great service at the property. We kindly suggest a total tip of 5% of the total rental amount.
