Upon your arrival at the property, a member of our professional concierge team will welcome you and provide a tour of the grounds.
Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response.
For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services and planning excursions around the area. Housekeeping service and 24/7 security coverage are included, and we can arrange chef, butler, bartender, or babysitting services upon request.
When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and can arrange your transportation back to the airport.

One round-trip airport transfer, daily housekeeping, concierge service, and 24/7 security service are included in the price of your stay.
A security deposit of $2,000 , facilitated by the Host, is required at check-in, payable by cash or credit card. In case any damage is made to the Property, the value of the goods or repairs will be deducted from the deposit in case the damage is equal or less than the amount of the deposit.
House Rules
All residents have the right to enjoy a quiet environment, without excessive noise, respect for other residents and with respect for the rules of our house. Therefore, the following is strongly encouraged:
- Do not make loud noises; do not raise your voice or music disproportionately, in particular, after 10:00 pm. and before 8:00 a.m.
- No parties within the property.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Smoking inside the property bounds is prohibited.
- The use of illegal substances, such as drugs or dangerous chemicals, is not allowed.
- It is not allowed to bring any weapons, inflammable or explosive substances and products with a strong or unpleasant smell into the Villa. Guests are not allowed to bring cooking or electrical appliances without the prior agreement with GOA.
- The guests are kindly asked to take care of the accommodation and its furniture situated inside and outside of it. The guests are not allowed to move the furniture or to transport it to another accommodation unit, outside or to the pool (the kitchen chairs to the terrace, cutlery to another accommodation unit, towels, or blankets to the pool). It is strictly prohibited to use indoor furniture (sofas, chairs, beds...) while wet or wearing wet bathing suits.
- Do not throw paper or sanitary napkins, disposable tissues, hair, or baby products in the toilet. There is an additional charge of US$100 as an unclogging fee.
- Using the pool is at your own responsibility.
- The guests are asked while they are outside to be mindful not to leave the air-conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows.
while it is in use, given GOA does not charge extra for electricity.
- Guests, who intentionally or accidentally damage the property, will have to reimburse to GOA the full amount of the occurred damage.
- On the day of departure, the guests have to leave the accommodation (check out) at the latest at 12:00 pm.
- When starting to use the accommodation it is assumed that the guests are familiar with the house rules and that they agree with their conditions and obligations.
- Visitors are not allowed without the prior authorization of GOA [the host].
- Violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation, eviction, and charging the full amount of the price of the accommodation regardless of the shorter stay.
