Villa Ananda has been designed to impress and that is exactly how you will feel when you walk through the grand front door. The house is simply amazing with high ceilings, open-living spaces where the outdoors meet the indoors seamlessly, and luxurious furnishings. Air conditioning can be found throughout the house keeping the temperature cool and comfortable.
As soon as you enter the mansion, you will be captivated by the panoramic views straight onto the pool and ocean on the horizon. The main living room is scattered with plump, cozy couches and doors that open up onto the outdoor living room creating a sophisticated blend of open-air living. Laze around the outdoor terrace living space and enjoy a sunset cocktail while staying cool under the overhead ceiling fans.
Enjoy your meals in the comfort of inside around a 12-seater dining room table or dine alfresco and incorporate the stunning views into your feasts. There is a BBQ outside for guests' use and just next to the indoor dining room is a state-of-the-art kitchen with everything you need to whip up delicious meals or of course have your private chef take care of things. The kitchen boasts a big double-door fridge, long island bench with 6 stools, winery, ice machine, espresso machine, and like most of the house, views out to the ocean.
The spacious bedrooms in Villa Ananda have been well-thought-out. The main building houses three master bedrooms with king-sized beds and two bedrooms with two queen-sized beds in each. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and walk-in closet. For a little extra privacy, there are three guest suites. In the first suite is a king-sized bed and in the other two suites are two queen-sized beds each . All the bedrooms are styled in warm colors and furnishings and all have a TV.
The grounds of the villa are sprawling with gorgeous palm trees and manicured greenery as far as the eye can see. There are plenty of outdoor spaces for lounging around, including the sunbeds by the pool, outdoor living terrace, seating areas outside the downstairs bedrooms, and plenty of balcony space outside the upstairs bedrooms. The enormous pool is dazzling in all its glory and steals the show.
You don’t need to lift a finger at Villa Ananda as the property offers a butler, daily housekeeping, a private chef, and security 24/7. There is a range of activities that can be arranged from cycling, hiking, and golf to sailing, scuba diving, and snorkeling.
Access
In addition to the whole villa, guests can access the amenities of Punta Cana Resort, including the restaurants and bars, the gym, the marina, Corales Beach, Tortuga Bay Beach, Playa Blanca Beach, Serena Beach, and La Cana Beach Club.
Interaction With Guests
From the moment you arrive at the airport, we will ensure your stay is as smooth and relaxing as possible. One of our drivers will be awaiting your arrival and will drive you directly to the villa. A member of our professional concierge team will welcome you and provide a tour of the property.
Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response.
For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services and planning excursions around the area.
When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.

The villa sits in the Punta Cana Resort & Club, a gated community.

Transit
The villa is just 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, 15 minutes from Cap Cana, and 40 minutes from Casa de Campo by car.
In order to explore the Punta Cana area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. Please let us know if we can assist with arranging a car service or a rental.

One round-trip airport transfer is included in the price of your stay. In addition to housekeeping, chef, and butler, our concierge team is dedicated to making your vacation dreams come to life. From booking airport transfers or chef services to once-in-a-lifetime yacht rentals or helicopter tours, we'll handle the details so you can focus on enjoying your getaway. A security deposit of $5,000, facilitated by the Host, is required at check-in, payable by cash or credit card. In case any damage is made to the Property, the value of the goods or repairs will be deducted from the deposit in case the damage is equal or less than the amount of the deposit.

We want to make sure that guests experience the most pleasant stay. We have no doubt that knowing and observing these house rules is a very relevant part to make this happen. Please carefully read and accept them in order to comply with the final step of your confirmation. We kindly ask you to please abide by these house rules, as any violation might result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund, regardless of the remaining length of stay. Once you check-in, it is understood that you and your group agree and will fully adhere to these terms.
We Expect a Decent Behavior
Please kindly be mindful that the following behaviors and/or things are not allowed at this property: a) Parties, b) Party groups, c) Social Gatherings, d) Smoking any type of cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookahs, or pipes within the property.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate eviction and the cancellation of the reservation without any refunds.

We know music is a very important part of many of our guests’ vacations. Please enjoy it at a decent level, especially after 10:00 pm.
We Offer The Fun, Our Guests Must Take Care of Themselves
The pool, hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi, gym equipment, water sports appliances or any other amenities included in the rental may be used only at the guests’ own responsibility.
Property’s Furniture and Decoration Are Not Movable
Moving or transporting any piece of furniture or decoration to different parts of the property without the prior consent of the owner is not allowed. Taking articles out of the property premises, like towels, cutlery, and so on, is not allowed.
Wet Outside, Dry Inside
Guests should not walk inside the home while still wet or wearing wet bathing suits. Dry yourself and wear a towel whenever it’s necessary. It is strictly prohibited to use indoor furniture like sofas, chairs, or beds while wet or wearing wet bathing suits.
If Any Complaints, Talk To Us Quickly
Complaints will be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be considered whatsoever.
Abide By The Laws
The use of any illegal drugs or any other illegal substances in the property premise is strictly prohibited.
No Weapons Allowed
Bringing weapons inside the property is not allowed.
The Main Renter Is Responsible For All The Group Behavior
The renter understands that all members of his/her group should read and abide by all house rules. In any case, any misconduct that results in any damage to the property, civil responsibility, or any other legal issue the main renter will be responsible in front of the owner.
Visitors
The reservation is only for the number of people originally included in the reservation. Visitors are not allowed to enter the property without the prior permission of the owner. Visitors sleeping over is strictly prohibited and could be a cause of reservation cancellation.
Honor Your Servers
This is not a house rule per se, but a relevant suggestion instead. Our villa staff has been carefully chosen and will do their best to make your vacation full of pleasant moments and great service at the property. We kindly suggest a total tip of 5% from the total rental amount.
