Boasting opulence, deep comfort, and an exquisite outlook, everything about Villa Palmera is based around the concept of pleasure. Nestled within Punta Cana Resort and Golf Club, this eight-bedroom residence comes complete with its own butler, chef, and housekeepers.
As soon as you enter the front door, the opulence begins, with magnificent doors leading into an elegant courtyard featuring ponds and a plant kingdom. Once inside, coral stone walls and floors line the mansion and Villa Palmera’s interior is rich and warm, which is reflected in the soft, comfortable furnishings around the house.
The house can sleep 18 people comfortably and each bedroom has ample space, walk-in-closets, flat-screen TVs to enjoy, and are all equipped with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and fans, plus the bedrooms on the second floor also have their own terraces, so you can watch the sunrise and overlook the exquisite grounds of the house.
The rest of the 16,000 square feet (1,500 sq. meters) of the villa is comprised of two living-rooms – one on the ground floor and one upstairs -, a decadent kitchen and dining room, a state-of-the-art cinema and for those who like to stay in shape while on holiday, a Technogym ™ including Kinesis is located downstairs.
Meals can be enjoyed around the long, 18-seat dining room table and guests can cook beautiful lunches and dinners in the stylish kitchen or enjoy five-star dining, compliments of the chef.
For those relaxed evenings after a day on the green or soaking up the beach sunrays, the home cinema is the place to be. It can easily seat 15 guests and there are more than 100 films to choose from, along with all the entertainment Netflix has to offer.
There are plenty of covered, outdoor areas, including two verandas, to kick back and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the magnificent views. Alternatively, a dip in the stunning pool or a soak in 10-person outdoor jacuzzi can also be appreciated with a wine-in-hand.
Besides lounging around all day among the palm trees, there are plenty of activities for all. Basketball, badminton, ping pong, and crocket are at your fingertips and the billiard, chess, dominoes, backgammon, and card games are at your disposal in the upstairs living-room. If you wish to explore the villa’s surroundings, bicycles and two golf carts are included in the villa’s rate.
The villa itself is surrounded by an abundance of greenery, with perfectly manicured green lawns and vegetation and only a five-minute walk to the gorgeous private Serena beach.
For extra privacy, the estate also includes a ‘Honeymoon suite’, which is a separate guest house complete with a large bedroom, living room, kitchen, and two full bathrooms.
The staff has their own self-contained quarters on the ground floor.
Access
In addition to the whole villa, guests can access the amenities of Punta Cana Resort, including the restaurants and bars, the gym, the marina, Corales Beach, Tortuga Bay Beach, Playa Blanca Beach, Serena Beach, and La Cana Beach Club.

From the moment you arrive at the airport, we will ensure your stay is as smooth and relaxing as possible. One of our drivers will be awaiting your arrival and will drive you directly to the villa. A member of our professional concierge team will welcome you and provide a tour of the property.
Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response.
For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services and planning excursions around the area.
When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.

The villa sits in the Punta Cana Resort & Club, a gated community.
Punta Cana Resort features two golf courses: P.B. Dye's La Cana and Tom Fazio's Corales. The resort is also home to several fabulous dining options, and the Six Senses Spa is one of the island’s best spas.
Punta Cana is home to many beautiful beaches, including Playa Juanillo in Cap Cana, and the secluded Macao Beach.

Transit
The villa is just 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, 15 minutes from Cap Cana, and 40 minutes from Casa de Campo by car.
In order to explore the Punta Cana area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. Please let us know if we can assist with arranging a car service or a rental.
Notes
A security deposit of $3,000, facilitated by the Host, is required at check-in, payable by cash or credit card. In case any damage is made to the Property, the value of the goods or repairs will be deducted from the deposit in case the damage is equal or less than the amount of the deposit.
